2023

JSC Insurance Company Sinoasia B&R (hereinafter - Sinoasia) became a subsidiary of JSC Bank CenterCredit (hereinafter - the Bank) after the Bank acquired a controlling interest in Sinoasia on May 5 of this year.

2017

Shares of Archimedes Health Development ltd. were acquired by the owner of the Sinoasia Alliance Group. Renaming of the company to Sinoasia B&R Insurance JCS.

2015

The company became the first insurer in Kazakhstan to enter into an agreement with Alliance Worldwide Care (AWP Health & Life) for international health insurance.

2007

Foundation of the specialized insurance company "Medical Insurance Company "Archimedes Kazakhstan".

Insurance company Sinoasia B&R was founded in 2007 by Archimedes Health Development Ltd as a specialized insurance company "Medical insurance company Archimedes Kazakhstan", which included:

Archimedes Global Ltd. (Israel);
The International Finance Corporation of the World Bank;
DEG Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft (Germany).
